Nana Aba is the Producer, Director and host of our favorite recently launched podcast called The DearDiary Podcast. Her podcast targets the conversations regarding difficult topics within the African America, Caribbean and African community that our society is often afraid to discuss. She’s also the author of the well anticipated book titled “STOLEN HERITAGE -blood and stone” which will be released this year. Raised in the Heart of Central Region, Ghana, Africa. She moved here at the age of 13 and explored her art to cope with racism, and bullying throughout her life and her military career. She uses the adwoa dance to connect to her roots and express her thoughts and emotions through writing.
